Strawberry Strength Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients
  • ½ banana, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup nut or seed milk (coconut, almond, soy, hemp, flax)
  • 1 scoop MyoHealth Vegan Protein
Optional Boosts
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup
Directions
Mix all in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
