Strawberry Strength Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients
- ½ banana, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup nut or seed milk (coconut, almond, soy, hemp, flax)
- 1 scoop MyoHealth Vegan Protein
Optional Boosts
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or 100% pure maple syrup
Directions
Mix all in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
